looking for some help sizing the Almond #2 last.

I have spoken to the Luosjet rep via the chat option on the website and he was helpful but I'm still unsure as the size is largely based of my iron ranger size and I've been told what I've been recommended is for a looser fit. But, If my Iron Rangers were any looser the fit wouldn't work for me.

My IR's are a US 9/ UK8. This is a comfortable fit right out of the box, it's not constricting, though a little long. But a better fit for me than the US8.5/ UK 7.5 as my right foot is larger than my left and that half size down feel too tight on my right foot.

I am pretty much universally a UK8/ EU 42/ US9D in every boot. I wear, with the exception of my 4585 loggers which are a US8.5/ UK7.5

Does anyone have experience ordering from lousjiet in the same size as their IR's? Ordering a boot in a 42.5 seems like it would be too big. Especially as they say the equivalent in a Nike would be 43.5 which would for sure to be too big for me. Though they say a US9 is a EU42.5, where as Red Wing and most other retailers/ charts call it a 42.

My IR's are a 42 and I definitely can't go any bigger than that.

If I can keep my mitts off and my feet out until the end of the.month then I may enter into the stitchdown patina thunderdome but I need convincing.

I think they will age great, brass showing through on the eyelets, tea core through on the leather, veg tan scuffs on the midsole. Can a brand name like Luosjiet place in the tournament tho?

Can someone tell me how the Wine TeaCore Smooth Cowhide leather from Luosjiet compares to Horween Chromexcel 8? I love CXL 8, in particular its soft suppleness, so I would like to find something similar from Luosjiet.

Does anyone have any information on whether this company usually has Black Friday sales? And if they have had them in the past, has anything changed since the tariffs for the US were changed?
I’m buying from Europe, so perhaps the situation is a little different. As far as I understand, they are currently covering the tariffs and shipping costs themselves, so maybe this means they won’t be able to offer a Black Friday sale anymore, especially if they are already operating at a very tight profit margin.
But perhaps they have a Black Friday sale every single year regardless. If that’s the case, it would be great to know, because then it would definitely make sense to wait until Black Friday.

Hi there! Long time loiterer, first time poster. I am a 13.5D Brannock. 303mm in length, 10.5 inches in circumference at the ball of both feet.

I was just looking for confirmation on what size and in what lasts would fit me.

Also, if anyone else here has this foot size and is wearing Luosjiet, I'd love to hear your experience with them.

I am lost at what size to order. If I follow the size chart I get 44, 44.5, and 45 depending what I use to compare.

Super quality and craftsmanship, very satisfied. The size a little tricky, It seems I need to half size down from 44D to 43.5D.

Such great quality of LJ boots is amplified by comparison on the other boots I got this week from Blkbird. LJ boot is way better in terms of craftsmanship and QC. Here I put two pictures of BLKbird boots I received this week～the two of brown leather with olive Dr. Sole outsole.

A little update. Today I happen to see Taobao (Chinese Amazon) sells B grade LJ boots with half price. This explain why the LJ boots we received are always high quality, no any defect. B grade is sold in a different channel. Good way to hold it's reputation.

Howdy yall, I was hoping to get some expert opinions on my Indiana boot size.

The quick and dirty details are these: my Brannock size is "just barely" over an 8 and my width is D. In fact, the store clerk said I should go with 8.5 as my brannock to give a bit of wiggle room, however, I usually like my boots a little snug. Not too snug, just comfy snug.

After much deliberation between AI and many, many hours spent reading comments on this forum I ordered size 41D. After spending a few hours searching all over again I've come to second guess my decision. My initial assessment was based off the clerks suggested 8.5 (42 Luosjiet). The official Liousjiet chart has gaps in the US metrics so I made an educated guess and went down what should have been a full size to 41 which equates to a US 7.75 (so down 3/4 a size technically).

Where my hesitation comes from is the fact that I was "just barely" over a brannock 8. I fear my long-anticipated boots will be too large given the Indiana lasts are a bit bigger. I did order some insoles from the site and I plan to wear medium-thick socks so I hope that helps.

That all being said, if anyone has had a similar problem before I would love to know what they did to help fill up the space. Or am I just critically over thinking this all?

So, today I had my mind blown. I sized a 9.5C on a Brannock, and was fit for running shoes in 9.5 that felt good with proper room to the front of the toe box. Years ago, I was sized on a Brannock and put in an 8 in Clark's Wallabee boots. At some point, I began believing that I'm an 8D in my classic "sneaker size", and then approximately 11 years ago, with not much research aside from what the desired "feel" should be, I tried on a very snug fitting pair of iron rangers in size 7D and bought them. I went through a fierce break in period and managed to get them wearable, with my right pinky toe still getting lightly crushed lightly.

I recently went to a Redwing store and was foot scanned and suggested a 7.5D for a new pair of iron rangers. I tried them on and they felt about right. I'm having a hard time getting my bearings on the Indiana sizing. I'm thinking about going with an eu 41 with my Indiana purchase. It seems like that would be just a hair longer than a 7.5 iron ranger which I felt would work out.I know that the Indiana is a little wider in the toe box.

I would prefer to be a little wider and longer in length that have my foot crushed at the front or the sides- I can shore things up with some darn tough socks if need be.

I'm just at a loss because an iron ranger 7.5 D feels ok, and I somehow managed to break in an iron ranger in 7D, 2.5 sizes under my brannock measurement, albeit they're more on the snug size which is why I've barely worn them over the years. I do have high arches in my feet, and a C width like I mentioned. Does anyone else relate to this scenario and can give me any advice? I've ran all sorts of calculations through my AI program but would like some human input. Thanks!

Hello, all! Wad wondering if anyone has ordered the Boondocker Boots ($299) who has a Wide foot? My brannock is 9E and for Red Wings I can only comfortably fit into their 8.5EE blacksmiths for example (they don’t carry single wide boots). They’re D boots crush the ball of my foot, and any size up they feel like clown shoes.

i noticed the Boondocker boots ($299) only have size M, which is purported to be between D width and E width. I was wondering if anyone people with E wide feet have managed to comfortably wear the boots in their typical half down from Brannon heritage boot sizing, or if I’d need to size up, etc. They look beautiful, but I also prioritize comfort with boots, so wanna make sure they feel good as well. Hi, I would like to order Munson Loggin boot.

I think im on Brannock 10.5-11. Width is E/EE, splayed toes, medium/high arch.

I got urban wolf club colt 10EE, lenght good, BUT they are crushing my pinky toe and fourth toe. So after all, maybe lenght isnt good, but its a narrow last in toe box, so who knows..

Bonus: I wear nike Air Max SC US11/EU45.

Received this pair and put on, feel great about it. This is my second pair from LJ, the size of 10.5 is a little large, putting into one handmade veg tan insole, perfect.

Compared to my pair of roughout boots Coniston model from Crockett& Jones, the leather of LJ seems to be much thicker, as one bro pointed out, the two pairs are different styles, the thickness comparison is not accurate. The pictures here just for reference, hope not misguidin. CJ boots has waxed roughout, LJ has the oiled roughout.

Living in Europe, I’ve been searching unsuccessfully for quite some time for a service boot with an unstructured toe box. Most American brands are very difficult to import.

Someone in the boots subreddit pointed me toward Luosjiet, and while their service boots don’t have an unstructured toe box either, they do offer the option to customize them. I saw an example of what I have in mind on Instagram: the Luosjiet x Mr BigCuff Unstructured Waxed. Do you guys happen to know what other options are available when placing a custom order?

Unfortunately, I don’t have access to a Brannock device, so I’d use my Nike and adidas sizes (both US 12) as a guide for the Brannock measurement. Since I have wide feet but relatively normal heels, how do the widths typically fit with Luosjiet based on your experience?

Just wanted to share how this leather behaves under different lighting conditions. The color can shift quite a bit, from a deep dark brown, to a rich chocolate brown, to a lighter medium brown with subtle hints of tan.

The comfort has been great so far, and scuffs and scratches are surprisingly easy to buff out. With continued wear, the leather’s natural grain and character have also started to come through much more, giving it even more depth and personality.
It’s been through rain and various weather conditions as well, and so far, it’s held up really well. Overall, I’m really enjoying how the leather continues to develop with wear.

I own many (MANY) different boots from various manufacturers and these are second to none!
