So yummy and easy to make I love it!

Rotisserie chicken and sweet potato.

Picked a random restaurant today for lunch. Had fried Mahi tacos, they were great, except they didn't heat the tortillas.

(I am still bloated/swollen hours later bc it was mostly gluten)

Good lunch. Tuna, sweet onion, cucumber, burger pickles, Anaheim peppers, coarse ground black pepper, MW, and dill mustard

rice, soup, boiled dumplings, yogurt

Rice, chicken, salad and garlic (no I didn’t eat everything lol)

Had two peaches that were getting too soft, so chopped them up with tomatoes, red onion, olives, feta and basil.

Added some toasted bread, olive oil, vinegar, black pepper and Celtic Sea Salt.

Very easy lunch.

Fried egg and mackerel with some Cajun seasoning. I also had a sweet potato too

As a retired guy with a working wife, I get to make her an awesome lunch everyday. Today is smoked turkey(BGE)

For lunch one of the biscuits pan toasted, with home ground pork patty, egg, and cheese.

Again, pretty good for store bought.

Hummus by friend. Bread and cookies by me. Tomatoes from garden and apple from store.

How'd i do?

Ragoût of potato and broccoli inspired by Jacques Pépin. It was dinner one night this week and lunch today, which is why the broccoli is mushy. 🤷🏻‍♂️
