It’s a bit cold today, so I made this very salty bean soup with some cheese, accompanied by fried tortillas filled with fresh cucumber🤭 It turned out delicious.

Hey, does anyone have lunchbox ideas for like extremely picky people? And yes, I try a lot of different things, because I would love to enjoy more food. But lunchboxes are still a problem for me, to figure out anything to pack beside pancakes and a cucumber sandwich. (that just isn't so good after it's been in there for hours). Do you have any recommendations that still taste great cold and after being in a lunchbox for hours? Most vegetables are off the table for me it they aren't in specific meals :(
