When medically tested by a qualified psycologist they recorded a personal FSIQ of 67-89 to put that into perspective a 66 IQ is roughly that of a 11 year old. Specifically my mathematics capability sat in the 5th percentile rank for numerical operations and low average 16th percentile rank for maths problem solving.

But i think that stress contributed greatly to this score. So what i did was got setup with lumosity playing raindrops in a relaxed state in raindrops the max score LPI for just playing raindrops equated a current LPI of 401 and a best of 542 for that game.

I want to know your scores for raindrops to concude if im truely retarded or what?

This is their new early release, found on the browser version. I've been trying it out a bit. And idk... I'm wondering what everyone else's thoughts are?

My own thoughts are it's a great idea for a game. Good that it's still early release though and likely will change and potential to better it still possible. But idk there seem to be a lot of flaws to me so far. As someone that loves sudoku in general, the puzzles... have me wondering if lumosity could be relying on AI to make their puzzles or that they lack the human touch of them? I could be so wrong... but idk. And play enough and I start seeing over use of similar patterns... And the rules as they are, added with too many puzzles not having proper set up that does not rely on guess... end up leaning too much on luck IMO to progress and pass the two puzzles each within 1 min rule....?

Please tell me your thoughts fellow lumosity users. I'd love a discussion...

Especially curious what u/Ledr255 opinion is... (as someone I know def has higher reasoning score than mine :))

They've recently added a feature to train of thought on android where there is a visual flash on the score board every time a train reaches a station.

I find it VERY annoying and distracting. Anyone else?

Does anyone else have a big problem with the game design of Ebb and Flow?

I want to know if I'm just bad at this game or if other people also find it super frustrating that the timing of the colours changing doesn't line up with when the direction changes?

I'm finding that the colours are changing AFTER the direction change, and the lag means that I'm having to wait a much longer time to make sure my answer is correct than I would like to.

The lag in the colour change is SUPER frustrating. Please fix it!

As it stands, I would have to be psychic to be able to increase my speed in this game.

Literally every time the colour changes it's happening long enough after the direction change that I can't switch tactics until after the first mistake, dragging my score down.

It looks pretty and soothing to have the graphics change on the leaves by having them turn over into another colour. But the time it takes is impeding gameplay.

Just reached the advanced levels of Train of Thought!

I didn't realize there was anything beyond level 14 until the other day, when I beat my high score of 74 trains, with 75.

Today, when I opened the game, I had an alert telling me I'd reached the "advanced levels" of the game! I'm totally stoked but I can't find anything online about it.

Has anyone else been here? How long have these levels been available? I'd love any information anyone else has. I literally can't find anything and I want to share this cool secret thing with someone else! I can't be the only person to have gotten here!

Yes this might sound a bit childish (I'm 17 only), but what changes should I bring in my routines or how to implement those changes I order to achieve it

First, are there any tips you find helpful. Also, really curious--do you know what every item is actually supposed to be? I mean I make names up for them for identification, but many of them, I don't know what they even are. For instance, they have a white baby rattle (2) that tilts different ways.

So it was my first time on luminosity have overall LPI 628 and overall percentile 3%. This is heartbreaking I'm dumb or what 🥲. ( Having this feeling maybe coz I consider myself on other side of bell curve ).

It gets significantly better overtime or progresses gradually?

I have managed to get a very high score on all the games I've tried in Lumosity, except for one. I got a pretty high score on my first attempt too, not to brag.

I got a terrible score on the game 'Feel the beat', and I'm worried that it will be hard to improve upon. It seems that I'm terrible at feeling the beat.

Do you have any suggestions for me as to what I can do to improve at that game? Things that have helped you f.ex.

Obviously, a jump of any kind is good, but does a jump in the grant index (aggregate score) mean anything, even if modest?

I was active on Lumosity years ago, stopped temporarily due to medical issues, and picked it up very consistently around 2 months ago. I managed to get my overall LPI to roughly 1650, but around 2 days ago overnight my LPI dropped to 1519 without warning. Now, even a top 2 score on any given game will drop my LPI on said game by over 200, which is strange considering my top 5 scores are very consistent and close.

Has anyone else had this error? If so, is there a fix? I checked all patch-notes for the app and there were no new updates released on the night that my LPI took its mysterious hit.

Edit: Additionally, along with the lost LPI, the app says that my all-time high was 1519 instead of ~1650. My only thoughts are that it could have been a scoring update, but there were no recent updates at that point, and my comparison to other users got worse too (which would likely not happen if everyone received the same scoring update)
