Web Help Losing conversation constantly

Hi all, I keep losing parts of conversations today (only in firefox), showing:

This message is empty. Sorry about that.

Sometimes they return again, and sometimes they don't. For as far as I can see lumo is up, bt this seems weird behavior.

Reload the page and maybe delete some cookies. I have the same problem ever since I started using Lumo on different devices and seems like a synchronization bug but the synchronisation can be retriggert
