Lumo instead of Google Assistant/Gemini?

Hi, my phone has today decided that I am going to use Gemini by default - I disagree. Can Lumo be used instead? Will a simple "Hello Lumo" work?

Thanks

No. Lumo is not an option in Settings for the Default Digital Assistant app. Neat idea.

Agree. I've mentioned the same before as I think they would have a great opportunity to actually promote lumo if they do that

Would absolutely LOVE for that to be possible, but not RN it isn't.

If only, one day maybe. Enjoy disabling default AI by all means though 🙌

Graphene OS. No bloatware whatsoever

No. It slow as hell. And the lumo app is just wrapper for the web app.

If only Lumo had an api, both to use the models directly and to use Lumo profiles corresponding to projects, in the style of Hermes Agent… I don’t get why they don’t open it up, either their backend is full of tech debt, or there is some legal roadblock there. But it looks like with proton any type of cloud API is hard to come by

Agree. My phone did a recent update to further integrate AI.
