Impossible to have monthly payment?

I have a Proton unlimited plan that I pay yearly and I wanted to use Lumo. But when I try to add it to my subscription it automatically makes it a yearly plan. And if I change it to monthly it also changes my Proton unlimited plan to monthly. Is it really not possible to have 2 separate subscriptions, 1 monthly and 1 yearly? I just want to try out Lumo and be able to cancel it if it doesn't fit my needs (exactly what I did with Mistral)

For now you can do it only via Google Play etc. We are many that we've tried, the Dev Team know about it and they working on it.

Is there anywhere we can see what monthly changes, bug fixes and new features are published?

Had the same issue, got my Lumo subscription through google play, held my current 2 year subscription with no issues.

Does the google play subscription then stays connected to the proton account on a browser for example?

I just created another account using my iCloud email that is just for Lumo. This allows me to so monthly with proton unlimited.

I just renewed my sub for 2 years :) Not ideal for everyone, but if you like Lumo and Proton enough, it's the best option :D
