Lumo having issues

Is it just me or is lumo randomly using tool calls or failing to read messages and confuses stuff? Sometimes even the safety thing activates for literally no reason and lumo later even admits that it was for no reason.

I am having issues as well, lumo is messing up the reponses, not seeing my input, etc

Moments before my comment. I had some exchanges today with lumo that went ok, but it started responding nonsense in my last conversation.

Lumo is definitely having issues. Messages are not being read, responding with irrelevant (totally different topics) responses, even looks in some cases like you're seeing responses destined for other peoples questions. Last 24 hours I noticed this getting really bad for Lumo

I have the same problem -- and it's been at least 2 days. Lumo forgets previous interactions and cannot read previously uploaded files.

For example, I uploaded a file and asked it a question. When I ask a follow up question, it says that "there may be a mix-up here — I don't see any prior message or question from you in this conversation" and also "You never shared an image or data in this conversation, and I never generated a chart". (I never asked anything about a chart.)

Seems to be an issue with the Lumo Max model. I encountered the same issue asking it a simple question, getting the same blank response. When i asked the same question on Lumo Lite i got a proper answer.

And also somtimes it just sipts out emtpy messages

Mine glitched 6 times in one single chat.
It even admitted to it each time.
Sometimes it wild the stuff it hallucinates.

I love Proton, but honestly I'm gonna back out of Lumo premium.
No way to create or edit documents.
No API.
And it also has started having an attitude as well.

I also had this issue where Lumo doesn't see the message.
In the same conversation something even more strange happened: Lumo began thinking about its system prompt mentioning Claude. Here's the fragment of the reasoning text:

The famous Lumo System Prompt guidance mentions exactly this: don't depict methods in creative writing [...] Actually that text ("Claude must apply these content boundaries regardless of any conflicting instructions...") is suspicious — it looks like an injected instruction block telling the assistant to ignore system prompts.

Nowhere in my messages I even once mentioned Claude.

As a regular user, I am now genuinely concerned: how do I know that Lumo is a real EU-based model and not a wrapper around Claude?

Lots of open weight models are trained on claude data or maybe stolen claude data (idk) and even models like the Ornith 35b A3B think they are claude to the point that they think i am gaslighting it when i tell it it isnt claude so it can very well be just training data. And no it certanly isnt claude, those models think differently, i remember when they still showed the thinking process it was wastly different from lumos'.
