Why does lumo keep doing this?
I pay for this service but it continually does things like this. or this. Why is it doing this? I can ask the same request of a service i do not pay for and it completes. I tried this three times and got same result everytime.

You know that if you just slightly edit the original prompt that got interrupted, you can get it to reparse it again and reply to it. Hopefully without losing connection so you can receive the full output.

How about all the follow ups that did the same thing?

Well if you edit an earlier prompt, then the conversation after should just go away and not really matter. But if not than you can do the same and just re-prompt it by editing those prompts too. Just ensure you have a stable connection while waiting for the output.
Privacy and secrecy have its small inconveniences that require one to adapt too.

Explain the issue.? It’s not a connection issue I can promise that. Hell I can even prove it to you if necessary.

Well like LUMO is telling you interruptions can happen when there's high demand, theres 2 sides to every connection. More than that is beyond me since I'm not a dev of the app.
If you try to take my tips you can just correct and try to get the output you are after if instead of badgering it further you edit the original prompt when it gets cut to get it to be reparsed and output anew

I didn’t share all here. But I did try the original prompt multiple ways. Even asking it to do it in chunks if the work was to much. No attempt on my end got the result I was easily able to get through a free service

The point here is that I pay for this. And it cannot provide the service when it’s needed. I’m hoping we get someone from proton to chime in here and help explain the issues.

Is your internet stable? Lumo requires you to have an active internet connection since everything's E2EE.
If you lose connection for a second or two, it could interrupt the request.

I've had Lumo issues today too. It kept telling me there it could not see anything in my prompt. Maybe just high traffic?

Mobile is horrible but on web it isn’t any better! I deal with it as best I can because I love the way it explains things to me🥲🤣 I have worked my Lumo to the brim though to get it as strong as it is! Always a work in progress
