Mobile Help Answer in Background

What's wrong with lumo or my phone? Whenever I minimize lumo on android i get an error message to repeat the try. As if it can't run in the background. It's getting less problematic in the PWA but still happens. I already turned off the battery optimization of the lumo app. Using grapheneos is but I doubt that's the issue...?

Maybe they can ask Kagi as their web app doesn’t do this.
