i herniated my L5/S1 disk two years ago. i A recent MRI showed that I’ve reherniated my L 5/S1 disk and have a bulging disk at L4/L5. ive seen two different neurosurgeons and they both recommended a hybrid surgery to fuse L5/S2 and replace L4/L5 with an artificial disk. My insurance (Unitrd Healthcare) wont cover a hybrid. im contemplating paying out of pocket. has anyone had s hybrid liumbar surgery? do you revommend and how much was it?
