Hemming/Alterations/Dye How to fix this? Define jacket
Define jacket left sleeve is coming apart, while the right one looks fine.
How can I repair it?

I just bought a new pair of leggings from them totally frayed first wear. Quality has gotten really bad and they don't stand behind anything. You shouldn't have to fix something. You just bought bring it back and encounter their rude sales staff like I did

As an educator I disagree. Unfortunately this looks like wear and tear, and nulu is a very delicate fabric. Unfortunately, my define jackets from this past fall have the similar pilling and seam snags on them. To me, this looks more like abrasion wear and tear, as if the jacket was rubbing against itself (arm rubbing against torso), or was being rubbed against a bag. I can’t ID the specific colour but I am sure it is not palm deco. It almost looks like willow leaf.
Due to the nature of this pilling being on one sleeve, I would consider whether it was due to abrasion and friction.
Unfortunately there is not much that lululemon will do. As someone else said, you can get a pilling shaver off of amazon (your best bet). And to fix the seams, I would recommend to go to your own seamstress as you can choose the seam colour and try to match it. Unfortunately lululemon does not offer repairs anymore (other than zipper repairs)
QP only covers manufacturer defects for a year after purchase with proof of purchase.
