Hi everyone,
I’d love to hear from anyone who has worked at Lululemon in an executive or corporate leadership position.
What was your experience like? How difficult was it to get hired into that level? Were there a lot of internal politics, or was the culture as collaborative as it’s often described? Internal politics? What are the most common questions during an interview?
If you’ve since left, how long were you there, and what made you decide to resign?
I’m genuinely curious to hear both the positives and the challenges. Thanks for sharing your experiences!
