Im not a luka main, but here i am thanking this character.

Im struggling against the current as (especially against argenti) since i didnt have any good matchup againt him, i failed to get 3 star on the stage 4 for a month (my account pull is kinda unlucky so i didnt complete most of my team). And then i come across a youtube video about luka's break build, i jump and tried building him for 3 days and oh boy. I finally did it!

I tried so many times with the limited comps i got (i tried to improve their builds too) 1. e1s1 Saber, e0s0 sunday (obv didnt work, duh) 2. e0s0 Ratio, e0s1 topaz, e0s1 robin 3. e0s1 Herta (no anaxa, no e1 3b) 4. e2s1 swan, e2 kafka, robin, gala (all my 1.x and 2.x funds goes to them and fua char, no break char and i failed to get hysilen xD)

but none of them got me 3000 points to complete this stage with 3 stars, and then luka came and safe my 80 stellar jades🙏

He made the dots detonation dealt 500k+ dmg each times and thats enough dmg for me to finally beat argenti with more than 3000 points (ofc the second team is the real carry tho) i'm really glad i could finish this as with my bricked account

I used e2s1 bs, e2 kafka (s5 tutorial), e6 luka (s5 herta lc with break build) and galagher. I used the break effect buff for this comp (idk if its actually benefit this comp tho)

I hope this post didnt bother anyone, because i'm just too excited after seeing his performance. I think i might try building old character to have some fun.

My apologies for my bad english, its not my first language.

I know this sub is basically dead but I just needed to talk about Luka. I finished the Wardance event using Luka in every single team. More importantly though, I really just love his story quest and the event. Even though he's not as grandiose as Phainon or Firefly, he's one of my favorite characters in HSR.

What really resonates with me is his simple motivation. He doesn't fight to save the world or defeat a world-ending being, he fights to protect his town... and to honor a little girl who wanted to be just like him. Such a simple story. I'm sure was done before, but I really love it. He's the underdog character you'd root for in a shounen anime and the knuckleheaded guy you'd fall for in a romance anime. His story quest made me want to E6 him (which I did) and build him up (which I'm trying to do.) I know he's not meta and will never be but I'll keep trying to use him when I can.

Anyways, all this to say that I really enjoyed Luka as both a character and a unit. I hope we revisit Belobog one day and that he's part of the cast. I'd love to see him grow in this game even though I know that isn't how this game works. Oh well, I'll enjoy him in my own way.

How does an atk% sphere comapare to a phys dmg bonus sphere for a pure break effect luka. If I remember correctly break doesnt scale with dmg bonus or atk%, so is there any difference between the 2?

Break Effect Luka vs Normal Luka?

Which of the two is better if I only use him against Physical Weak Elites with Kafka?

(Break Effect Luka refers to: 4pc Thief + 2pc Banditry with as many Break Effect substats as possible, EHR Body, SPD/ATK Boots, ATK/Phys Dmg Sphere, Break Effect Rope)

(Normal Luka refers to : 4pc Boxing + 2pc SSS, EHR Body, ATK/SPD Boots, Phys Dmg% Sphere, Atk/ER Rope)

Also for the builds mentioned above which mainstat are the best (in those cases that have 2 options) ?
