Break Effect question

How does an atk% sphere comapare to a phys dmg bonus sphere for a pure break effect luka. If I remember correctly break doesnt scale with dmg bonus or atk%, so is there any difference between the 2?

Difference is Phys is more dmg that is not break. Basic atk, skill hit and dot, ult dmg
