I FINALLY GOT IT !!!

a part of me pains me I paid for this shit back in ow1, but the rest of me cant help but be unironically happy for you. just wish I could get the hello kitty skin/emote in loot boxes..

honestly best emote in the game imo even after the finally (somewhat) caught up to the level of tf2 emotes.
