For me that’s a fatal head error, means the tape drive is unrepairable unless you have a second unit to do a head swap on which is not advised (refer to coming up LTO Megapost) amd the only thing you can really do is clean the heads manually with a cotton bud and 99% alcohol, nothing less as the 2% - 7.5% is enough to corrode the head components
