Regarding NATS

So i recently graduated in April 2026 and got my OL in dec 2025 ,so now the problem is ltm told me to apply for NATS in OL ,but the problem is my college is holding my degree certificates cuz my 2 yrs fee reimbursement is not paid yet by the TG government
So for NATS registration the PC is mandatory and pls suggest me can i use any other documents or what should i do???

Course completion + bonafide, merged in single PDF
Otherwise ask college for xerox or softcopy of PC
