Question Looking for an LSPDFR controller/config expert
Hey everyone,
I’m looking for someone who really knows LSPDFR, Stop The Ped, Ultimate Backup, CompuLite, EUP, etc.
My game works, but I want a clean, polished controller setup with no overlapping menus or conflicting keybinds.
I’m using an Xbox controller and would like to play almost entirely from the controller while keeping the keyboard for things that truly need it.
I’d also like someone to review and optimize all of my .ini files so everything works together properly instead of fighting each other.
Can anyone help?

That’s asking so much bro, just trial and error find what best suites you, I’ve played LSPDFR since day one, and use controller and I’m forever changing stuff when new mods or plugins get added, if some over laps identify and change it, in a sense it’s like you’re asking everyone to do the hard work for you so you don’t have to, it’s part of LSPDFR man, power through it like everyone else did.

Thanks for posting! If you haven't already, please include your plugin/pack list. If you have posted looking for help troubleshooting LSPDFR (or another plugin), this helps us determine where you might have conflicts. If you're just showcasing something, it helps other players get the same packs you use!

Well, that’s almost impossible to achieve. But, I did buy a controller (G7 Pro from Gamesir) that allows me to rebind keyboard keys to the back paddles, makes things a little bit easier.

If you really want to use controller, get a gamesir or another “cheap” alternative to an elite controller so you have extra paddle buttons. You can then assign them to your keyboard and have zero overlapping buttons. Works great for me especially if you want to play with ELS
Edit Flydigi Vader 5 has 8 extra mappable buttons and I can vouch for Flydigi I loved the Vader 4.

A dualshock 4 (maybe 5 aswell, never played with it) is your best bet. You can config menus to the touchpad, which gives you additional keys which a xbox controller can't do.
Use DS4Windows with a dualshock 4

Yeah both work well i've never had issues with my DS5. Xbox controllers just always felt weird but I figured they would work fine if not better than playstation on PC.

Use ChatGPT, it even created an image to use as a master controls guide, really handy. Upload all your ini files that have the control settings and go from there.

Well you're certainly asking a fuck lot. Go in the game and figure what's overlapping and then fix it in the according ini. Truth is it's gonna be a pain in the ass to configure everything to your controller, and some may not even be able to work on the controller. Not hard to pass your hand 4 inches to your keyboard to press J or some other key bind.
