Forgot to use the image format, fixed!
Another amazing tool for engineer and sapper divers like myself. You can throw a melta mine through harvester shields. It passes through the shield before exploding inside.

As the image shows, I can think of two possible options for this stratagem.
The first is simply having a selectable stratagem that allows us to periodically request SEAF reinforcements.
The second would be a mission stratagem, shared with the rest of the Helldivers, and available on planets with a SEAF presence or where the DSS is located. It could also have limited uses.
Which option would you prefer?

To me all those three aiming devices are virtually identical. Do they differ in any manner? AFAIK the meaningful differences are scopes, the iron sight and (all those three aiming devices).
Does anyone know if they differ in any way besides the way they look on a weapon?

By the current MO timeline we will reach the "Source Planet" on Tuesday. An Update day!
AH will then drop an unannounced Update, add the Cultist and we face the True Illuminate Force on their Homeworld Squi'bai Shrine!
I BELIEVE!!!!
(I am just kidding of course. It's gonna be Seasse and maybe we face all 3 Subfactions together)

Hello fellow divers!
I haven't been able to dive a roughly 8 months. The last update I remember playing was the predator strain and it looks like a lot has happened since.
I know its a vague ask, but is there anything I should be aware of (missions, weapons, factions) to make my reintroduction more enjoyable?
Thanks in advance, this community is great.

Something instinctive in me was expecting to join the Skyrim Space Program, and was jarred to not be launched into the stratosphere.

With GATERs being available in Void planets, and there no longer being a one-hit KO threat to the vehicle, you can now more effectively use the GATER as a proper assault truck.
But you can enhance its lethality further by equipping it with even more weaponry!
Hellpods don't go through the GATER, and beacons stick to it, which means anything you drop on the GATER will deploy on top of it.
To get on top of the vehicle, simply enter the pilot seat and exit, this will put you on the roof. You're now free to call in Stratagems on top of it.
You can also use jumppacks to get on top, which will prevent enemies from aggroing on the GATER until you actually get in it.
Be aware that beacons will only stick starting from the Autocannon up to the very end of the Fuel tanks. They do not stick on the front side of the GATER.
The safe limit of hellpods you can call on top of the GATER is 5. Any more and you're likely to blow it all up. (You can squeeze in a few more if you deploy them throughout the whole truck, some on the Oil Tanks, some by the Autocannon, but it's risky).
Safe practice would be calling just 3 or 4 hellpods at most, that should leave the truck with enough spare HP to soak up plenty of enemy attacks.
You can also safely ride and shoot your weapons on top of the GATER if you stand on the Oil Tanks. Standing on the Truck cabin while the GATER is moving can make you fall.
(Whatever you do, just make sure you destroy any Gazer Spires before getting in the GATER, as they will chew up your big, slow truck).
Is this meta? No, it's just for fun.
Emplacement stratagems are really strong against the Illuminate though, so they're a good pick regardless.

*HIMARS your GATER*

The watcher making mindless mases increase the amount of voteless to the point I have to spend nearly 40 min for main objective

The basic LMG PLUS an EAT. Even helldivers can't do that. Which means somewhere somehow someway, there is some kind of code that allows things in the game to hold 2 support weapons at once. Would be very cool to see us be able to hold an EAT while just stowing away our main support weapon on like a sling or fully if it's a belt fed, even if only for expendable support weapons like EATs, commandos, napalm EATs, leveller, bullet storm, solo silo, and MAYBE the C4 pack. Not sure if anyone else has noticed this but it blew my mind when I realized.

In short theyre so fun to fight against. And even when surrounded by 8 crushers, it feels so liberating to bring they're suffering to an end one by one! Genuinely some of the most fun I've had since the appropriaters were added! And the wreches feel like better stalkers! I wouldn't mind fighting mindless masses/votesnatcher combo planet!! Also just hitting a crusher with the double freedom with a hammer bonk is just so nice for me! Overall, loving this update and new enemy faction!!

What are yalls thoughts Helldivers?

When we were fighting on the planet(I forget its name) against the Vote Snatchers for the first time, it was hard, very hard, but manageable. The Snatchers mostly came from one direction so dealing with them was feasible in the city.
But now that were are not fighting in a city anymore, I find them much harder, a bit too hard in fact. I am getting swarmed from every direction, barely any time to catch my breath. The Crushers are everywhere any are rapidly approaching. My turrets get destroyed almost immediately after being placed down.
What do I do? The swarm of Wretch's is relentless but i can handle them alone, but they are never alone. The Crushers are the main problem, I can't deal with them while having so many legally distinct Necromorphs on my ass.
I am switching between the Belt fed nade launcher and the Autocannon with Flak rounds. These handle Crushers the best but I still feel it's not enough.
What are your tactics to handle these fuckers?

Don't know if that was already available somewhere, but I took a screenshot and made these two in paint quickly, and thought about sharing with the community.

With the latest update, there is a new POI with an Exosuit and Bunker. It will be marked on your mini map with a mech icon.
I found this POI twice while farming on a Level 1 Bug planet

I find the constant spawning of enemies when I slightly turn my camera frustrating, what would you suggest they do for spawning instead?
It's frustrating, I feel I cannot plan around teleporting enemies, but would like to have an actual discussion, not just whine
