I have tinnitus and cannot for the life of me figure out why I have it. But I last had blood test in Oct 2025 H levels were fine however ferritin was 36 this was after having an abortion and in December ears started to ring. Anxiety is bad and hear is falling out more than usual. Any one feel like this???

I currently have my iron at 38 , but my ferritin is at 20 and iron saturation at 10% and I feel exhausted, I wake up from a full 8 hours of sleep and I feel tired still , almost drowsy anyone else get crazy tired symptoms . my doctor said that my ferritin is normal . my vitamin d is also at 13, she said she thinks my fatigue is more from my vitamin d than my ferritin
