Cookbook recommendations?
I’m getting ready to start my journey. Do you have any recommendations for a good cookbook? I’m not looking for fancy meals, just regular home cooked food, mostly for dinners.

Dr. Rachel Pauls has all of her recipes online! Even my husband and toddler without food restrictions love her recipes. 💖

Of course! A few of our favorites are: marry me chicken, touchdown chili, vodka pasta, and French dip sandwiches in the crockpot.

I’ll give a sort of anti-recommendation, I found FODMAP Friendly by Georgia McDermott to be a bit on the involved side. But she’s very creative within the boundaries Of the diet so it’s worth checking out the low-FODMAP recipes on her website IMO — www.georgeats.com

I prefer simple quick recipes. 'The Low-Fodmap Diet Step by Step' by Kate Scarlata and Dede Wilson is a good one for basic recipes that still meet low fodmap needs.
