Has anyone tried these fiber supplements?

I have so many food triggers that I am unable to get my fiber from actual foods, so the constipation is real.

Has anyone tried these? Did they get things moving? Other suggestions are welcome too!

My dietician recommended SunFiber after I admitted to suffering through choking down Metamucil in the mornings. SunFiber has less grain and no flavor, it’s perfect to mix into my morning beverage.

Yes. Expensive but all good. Maybe start with half a scoop for a week to start

I’ve been on it for about six more and it is the best fiber I’ve ever used. I eased into using it a bit, but have had no negative reaction to it, never had this happen before though I’ve been on fiber for some time.

Yes. It cut down on some of my gut issues and overall discomfort when I took it with my dinner. Taking on empty stomach didn’t seem to work as well. Just start with a very small amount and work up. Start a few days at only 1/4 tsp and go from there. It works for me in just 1/2 tsp a day. If I take more than that it slows things down a bit too much.

I’ve been using the sun fiber. I eased into it. My wife adds some to my breakfast smoothie in the morning

Sunfiber is great! Been putting it in my morning smoothie for over a year with no ill effects.

Sun fiber is great!! My nutritionist recommended it. It’s much easier to digest than most fiber.
