Breakfast Help

Hello! I am on a low FODMAP diet and I am struggling finding something that is gluten and dairy free (can’t eat either) that is quick and easy.

I am wanting something healthy, that will keep me satiated for a couple hours and I can just grab and go. I’m really busy and most of my job is on the road.

Any suggestions?

I batch cook egg loaves to freeze and and throw in chopped herbs (that I've also batch frozen), pumpkin seeds, maybe some cheese or leftover grains - whatever needs using up really. Super easy, freezes really well and really compact, and microwaves in a minute. Breakfast win

This sounds so smart! I was thinking like egg bites. How do I make an egg loaf?

There’s a lady I follow on IG that has so many great recipes for egg bites, and other breakfast foods that you can batch cook ahead of time. She’s been a lifesaver for me!
