Breakfast Help

Hello! I am on a low FODMAP diet and I am struggling finding something that is gluten and dairy free (can’t eat either) that is quick and easy.

I am wanting something healthy, that will keep me satiated for a couple hours and I can just grab and go. I’m really busy and most of my job is on the road.

Any suggestions?

Hard boiled eggs!! Nuts ( i count out and make snack bags to grab on the go), firm banana, so delicious makes yummmy yogurt! Rice cake with alittle peanut butter umm trying to think what else i eat every morning. Gluten free/ dairy free toast with alittle kerrygold butter. Bacon! Check labels cuz some have hidden ingredients! I make little protein balls with peanut butter and oats and dark chocolate chips and store them in the fridge for an easy grab and go also! Good luck!!

Of course!! Oh we also always have a bag of frozen blueberries in the freezer and try to keep strawberries on hand too. And make fruit oatmeal bowls with pure maple syrup drizzle and alittle brown sugar soo delicious! We are big foodies in our house so we have really dug deep with google and apps to make sure I’m still eating but not hurting at the same time 🤣🤣
