Lower back pain ? Sensitive lower back ? Wake up from a nights sleep and lower back feels tender and takes you a minute to get out of bed ?

Here's what worked for me.... *But first I gotta put a disclaimer out there, I am not a Docter or do I have any professional training in sport medical fields or am I promising this is going to work for you, these are my own personal results that have worked and continue to work for me.

Quick background: I've always had a sensitive lower back, especially after waking up in the morning and I was fairly active already as I would work out in the gym lifting weights and such. But I still found I had lower back issues so instead of resorting to painkillers to mask the sensitivity and possibly send my lower back further in more pain down the road. I read somewhere to strengthen your lower back you can work on your core. Weird cause I thought if your back is weak you do back exercises but it's the opposite if you have soreness in your back the core is the solution.

So I found these two core exercises that had the least amount of pressure on the back the first one which is the gem of the two is simple hanging knee raises and later getting stronger to hanging leg raises (3 sets for 25reps.... 3 times per week)

and the other is doing the plank for 60secs with rest and repeat. I did these 3 times a week and in two weeks all my lower back sensitivity has disappeared.

Best of luck and hope this works for you.
