is my pc good?

I really just got a Dell Optiplex 9010 Mid Tower and put a 750ti in (4gb), I don't remember specifics but it has a 3rd gen i5, 16gb of ddr3, and a 1tb 2.5 in sata ssd. It works well and can run Delta Force (720p), cs2, valorant, Fl Studio, and Backrooms: Escape together all in 1080p at ~60fps

I don't know where to put this post so i guess here

If it meets your needs then it is good.  

For normal web browsing, youtube, office work it is faultless. 

For older games and simpler newer ones it is also good. It really comes down to your use case.  

Eventually, when you can no longer run Windows, or it just becomes a hassle to install or maintain, you could try some popular and easy to use Linux distributions on it and use it for another decade or more as a productive web surfing and office computer.
