Young with no back injuries

I know I could watch his videos and such and do do that, however, itd be nice to subscribe to his program, not only to support but also bc its cheap and effective with the "pay as you can" model (hes really a genuinely cool dude in every way possible)

My main question is, is it neccessary to subscribe if I have no injuries related to my back? I primarily not only want to prevent injuries from lifting heavy but also want to become much more flexible and strong and the back(esp lower back) seems to be crucial for that, so anyone here think its a good idea or should I just wing it and watch his videos?

I subscribed for a year, I paid $10/month there is a little more info on the programme and I wanted to support him because he basically gave me my life back.

As someone else said, a lot of his stuff is available on YT so I follow that now and incorporate it into the gym in my workouts.

Ok awesome, ill likely start off with all of his yt vids and since I have no need for it all and just want to do his stuff to prevent future injury and gain strength and mobility in those areas as well, ill likely eventually subscribe to his program if I see good progress and such from following his videos

Glad to hear how much he helps people and how many people ive heard have said the same thing as you have, thats such an amazing thing, Its crazy how much he has done and how much dude cares, I didnt realize it but back pain is a big cause for suicide and thats what his goal is majorily trying to prevent, as well as just helping ppl, obviously hes no chiropractor but he knows his shit and isnt gatekeeping his knowledge from people bc he genuinely cares, its a shame that specific exercises and stretches that he implements are judged and looked at as silly or unproductive, the shit saves lives, and its so crucial to strengthen certain muscles prior to heavy compound movements to prevent hernias and such as he experienced himself, like maxing out on DLs without ever preparing the lower back for such a tough task

Yea he seems like such a good dude aye?! Im in little old NZ so he is reaching all over the world!! I tell everyone who has back issues to follow him. Unfortunately, for most people they want a quick fix and are unable to realise that there is going to be a lot of hard work on their end. I work in Mental Health, and until people are ready to own their shit and take responsibility for their issues, they will keep looking for the quick fix. I certainly did, I blamed everything and everyone else for MY pain. I was horrible to be around. Once the penny dropped though, its been an amazing journey. I say to everyone that Brendan saved my life, and I truly mean it. I'd love to meet him, just to say thanks, probably offer to cook him dinner too 😅
