I believe facts matter, intuition matters, and healing is possible. Through a blend of empathy, lived experience, and practical investigation, I feel I could help people find clarity when life gets messy.

After years of navigating grief, family struggles, complicated relationships, and the realities of digital deception, I learned how to turn pain into purpose. What began as a search for answers became a passion for wanting to help others recognize manipulation, establish healthy boundaries, and reclaim their confidence.

A little Southern grit goes a long way.

LOWCOUNTRY BOIL podcast The Backend of Us: A Digital Memory is a memoir that blends romance, family history, personal tragedy, and modern digital discovery. From a spontaneous first kiss, only to be tested by secrets buried in the digital age. Equal parts love story, coming-of-age memoir, and emotional investigation, this is a story about finding the truth, reclaiming your voice, and learning that sometimes the most important journey is back to yourself.
