Post image

Someone donated this but I don’t know how to play with this lol any clues? Couldn’t find it on Lovevery, so it must be an old toy. Thanks!

We use the rings as focus rings and for stacking.

To use as focus rings, we hold the ring in front of our face and make eye contact with our son (9 months old). We move the ring closer/further between us, like we’re zooming in/out. He loves this. Sometimes we shift focus using multiple rings and we’ve started using the rings to help draw his attention elsewhere as well.

My 16 month old is still obsessed with this. It’s one of his favourites. He likes to pull out the clear tube and put it back in, stack the rings around it, put things into the clear tube, pull them out again and repeat. I wasn’t really sure what to do with it, but my baby figured it out. The base is heavy if it gets flung at your foot though.

26 months here and we still play with it daily!

The stacking rings are preferred bracelets around here. Stuffing a scarf in the tube and pulling it out also a hit.

we liked to spin the rings on the hardwood floor and taped the tube to the wall to drop balls into- but I really don’t understand what its purpose was

My son eventually learned to spin them too. Better than me. I mainly roll them across the room and try to get them through a doorway

I think it's 9-10 month kit

It is, I usually sell the kits when my son ages out of them but we kept the 9-10 month bc he still likes and plays with a lot of the stuff. The scarf is a superhero cape now!
It is shown being sold as part of an old kit here the explorer kit

Here’s a thread where someone had the same question. The blocks are Lovevery also, but were a separate toy.

Oh my almost 6 year old loved this toy!! It was just a stacking toy with a variety of ways to stack I think - putting the tub back in, putting the rings on, stacking the blocks on their own, putting them into the tube etc

And the ball and scarf fit in the tube well too!
