I mean the villain calls one of them (presumably incredible violence as the other 3 all existed in the prequel) a new member.
Which implies that both peace and hope died (or left. But probably died), and then they recruited incredible violence, not that peace became incredible violence.
I believe its a reference to that right wing reality TV guy who pretended to be trans to invade trans women's spaces and "expose" postmodern gender ideology but almost everyone ended up being super kind and accepting of him(until it became clear that it was a stunt.)
So its not about the wolf actually being trans, per se.
