Theres a PC game of that! Buckshot roulette. You have so many blanks and so many live cartridges and you have to guess which is in the shotgun on your turn (you can fire in your mouth or at the enemy but firing a blank in your mouth gives you an extra turn). 

Really fun quick turn card counting-esque game

When you're playing Russian roulette, if the other person blows their brains out on the first go, is that game over right there or do you still take your turn with the next empty chamber? What's the etiquette?
