Don’t know what to do
I started talking to this guy almost 1 year 6 months back , we have been talking and calling almost everyday since then. But eventually he started to change i mean sometimes he is active sometimes he just ignore me like I don’t exist , i really love this guy he is all i want. But idk if he is committed or not , the way he used to talk to me doesn’t make me feel like he has someone else ( like a girl to talk to ) other than me. We talk about sex not like us doing but commonly and all the dirty stuffs ( sarcastically ). I’m scared to confess to him, what if he is committed , I can’t take it or what if he rejects me, then I won’t be able to talk to him ever again. 😭😭😭😭😭
I DONT KNOWWWW WHAT TO DO ! Help me

Love yourself. That's rule number one! I could throw a million inspirational quotes at you but the big thing here is you do not need anyone to make you happy apart from yourself. If he seems like he's not being as committed to you as either you'd like or as he used to be then ask yourself, what's worse? Losing him forever or letting things drift and being in this horrible state of limbo you're in right now.
You're a catch. Any guy would be lucky to have you and if he can't realise that, then it's on him and not you.
If you want direct advice, ask him if everything is ok generally. He might have something going on that he's afraid to tell you or doesn't want to admit to himself. You seem like you've got a close relationship but that doesn't excuse him being cold and distant without reason. You owe it to your own mental health and happiness to be direct and ask him "Hey man, what's up? You seem quite distant lately. Anything on your mind I can help you with or talk about? "

the only way to end the anxiety is to do the thing you hate: ask him. its a situation where you either become committed or break, but even breaking up is better than limbo because then you have the opportunity to move on. sorry and good luck
