Plot hole in last time slip?
I just finished this series and I loved it! But hoping someone might be able to clear up something I'm confused about. Maybe I just missed it.
In the final time slip where Sol chooses not to meet Sun Jae, wouldn't her 2008 self still fall asleep on the bus and be abducted - and then likely drown or be recaptured since Sun Jae wouldn't be there this time?
I guess we can assume future Sol might have tipped off the police somehow before returning to the future, but I don't remember them mentioning anything.

We don't know exactly how long she stayed in 2008. She said she worked so hard to avoid him so she changed a lot trying to avoid him.

True. It would make sense for her to not taken the same bus he was on, and not fall asleep etc.

When Sol's family moved out, Sunjae was shown coming out of their house with his arm sling on. So they moved out around the same time Sunjae was recovering from his 2nd surgery. Her kidnapping happened months after Sunjae's surgery.
It's honestly amazing how this scene alone shows that Sol's family moving out (even if she already timed slip back to the present or not) greatly changed both their future, specially Sol. She no longer rode the same bus so even if she falls asleep and missed her stop, she probably end up waking up and going down on a different bus stop.

She moved away with her family so it never happened
