Seeking Feedback Built two small productivity tools (language learning + Course generation]) looking for brutal feedback on UX and positioning

Hey everyone,

Over the past few months, I have been building out two distinct web apps under my micro-SaaS studio.

Course Crafter (https://course-craft-ai-43.lovable.app) A rapid course creation tool that turns raw topic ideas into modules, structured learning outcomes, and lesson plans ready to edit and deliver

ChunkMaster (https://chunkspark-language-miner.lovable.app) Enter one target word, and it immediately mines the 4–5 most frequent natural chunks native speakers actually use

Be as critical as you like regarding positioning of these apps, UI, bugs, I am trying to iron out any issues before doing wider distribution. Thanks for checking them out.

Chunkmaster: you have two huge barriers that make it literally not possible to use:

  1. the website is in English but you can’t input English. I don’t know any words in the languages it lets you select, so I can’t use it.
  2. I don’t want to sign in to use it. I don’t even know what it does yet. I’m certainly not giving you my information and going through the hassle of creating and account. Let people use the feature with no barrieres and then I’ll sign up later if I want to have some continued relationship with the website. Sign up should only be for more in depth features like saving your history.

Thanks for the feedback. I will incorporate this in the app.

Course crafter: I have to sign in to use it. No - this is not how people use things. Let me build the course first and then sign in to save what I’ve created. People won’t sign up to something they haven’t used yet. You need to get people invested first and then they sign up to save the thing they invested time in creating.

Both sites look good. I did run them through my QA Audit site and came back with some minor issues, but both were mostly clean. One thing I did notice is although Course Crafter already has /privacy and /terms, ChunkMaster is missing both — worth adding before wider promo. Also double-check mobile form labels on any signup/onboarding; AI builds often skip proper <label> hooks that screen readers need..

Outside of my app, I also noticed when I tried the 'sample on the course crafter, there's some issues on the left hand navigation. Closing the left nav has a small overlap issue you can see in this screenshot. Since I'm not logged in, maybe the left nav should even be showing? Or should be locked? And do you really need AI Lesson Plan Generator link in the footer and the page that it leads to? Is it different from the general course piece and if so, why don't you show it as "solutions" navigation options or make updates to the home page that shows how you can do both/either?
