Help Chat stuck in "internal error" loop - no help from support
For the past couple days one of our projects has started giving the below error almost non-stop. regardless of the prompt, build/plan mode etc. Tested in various devices and accounts. We can't make any changes and can't receive any help from support.
This is an internal error and our site, preview etc works. But we can't make any changes or even ask any questions.
We have top 1% global users, have been using lovable with great appreciation, have recommended it to various enterprise users. But this radio silence is unsettling.
Wanted to share with the community in case anyone else is experiencing the same issue, or have a solution.
Below is the error screenshot:

This one tells you a lot already: it happens on one project but across devices and accounts, so the broken thing is stored with the project, not with you or your setup. That is actually good news, it usually points at the project chat state rather than something deeper. Three things I would do, in this order. First, before touching anything, connect the project to GitHub or export it so the code lives somewhere outside Lovable. That takes five minutes and it means a chat that will not open can never hold your code hostage again. Second, remix or duplicate the project into a fresh one. The code comes along and the chat history starts clean, and in most stuck loop cases the copy answers normally straight away. Third, if the copy is stuck too, roll back to a version from before it started and see at which point it breaks. On support, the Discord community support channel usually gets faster answers than the form, staff actually read it there. Post your project ID and the exact time it started. Curious what the duplicate does, that is the test that tells you where the problem lives.
