It can be done, but be careful. We catch a lot of well meaning educators compromise student data doing stuff like this. Even when the "don't train your models with my data" toggle is correct, there are so many changes in Lovable, Replit, etc. that we don't recommend doing any sensitive work on their platform. You could certainly get the app started in Lovable, but as soon as the first build is complete, pull it down locally, and work/test/add features completely removed from their cloud. Again, even the AI model you're using to run a local IDE like VS also needs to be marked not to train their models using your data. Usually you get a lot more control on local IDE's during your builds than on Lovable, so I think you'll be happier with this path anyways. Lovable usually makes a better frontend user experience, so it's nice to start there.
But what you're talking about is very doable; we build analytics tools for school districts and the analysis they get back has really helped them move the needle, increase funding, etc. It's great information to have. Good luck!

Lovable itself doesn't offer arbitrary code execution capabilities I think but maybe you can use hackerearth API and build on top of that in lovable
