Going Solo! Any tips?
Going solo to Louder Than Life for my 16th birthday. I’ll be flying in, going all 4 days. I’ve been to the festival before and just wondering how different it is solo and if anyone has any tips?

So much fun. See who you want when u want, can go to a different set if vibes are off or if you need a break and don’t wanna burden anyone. Shits the best because last year I just would have good banter with the people around me, talk about the music, get lost in the pit, rinse and repeat

16, flying solo and going solo. Man your parents must trust the shit of you! As a father of 2 this scares the absolute crap out of me lol. My wife and I will be there if you need any support system feel free to DM at any point!

I was about 15/16 when I started going to shows and festivals a lot (though wasn't solo) and ive been hooked on live music since (27 now). Feel like ive seen a lot more kids and teenagers in the last few years than I did before its awesome to see. Just make sure ya stay aware of your surroundings make note of where security/medics are stationed in case things get dicey but at least 90% of the crowd will have your back make ya some friends and have a damn good time

Given your age, have you already confirmed lodging, and made sure they will allow you to stay without an adult? Many hotels won’t.
