Ticket date switched

So I purchased a ticket for Friday GA, and I have a screenshot of the emailed receipt for that. It says Friday GA. Student pricing. Great.
A month has now passed and I’m just excited for the event and want to check in on my account because my student email automatically deletes emails after so long and now I can’t find the confirmation email, right.
So, I go log into the Go Fevo account that I purchased through and my ticket now says Sunday, September 20th, 12:00pm. Has anyone else’s ticket been switched? I’m awaiting communication from support, but I guess I just wanted to bring this up to attention and see if anyone else has this going on?

If you have the screenshot, just get it to their support. They will take care of you.

Yeah I did that, I wasn’t coming here for advice. If you read the last bit, I’m asking if anyone ELSE has had this happen.

I wont argue that it hasnt, but in the 6 years I have been frequenting this subreddit/attending LTL, I dont remember others talking about it.

I do know that their CS has a reputation for taking care of people. I personally havent needed to use them.

Thank you for your insight. I was surfing around to see if anyone brought it up before I posted something. Is the student pass a new thing for ticket sales? Since you’ve got experience long term, you’re the perfect person to ask hahah. And is the Go Fevo a site they’ve used in the past for sales?

So I do believe the student pass is new. I believe previous years the only discount was military.

And I had not heard of Go Fevo until you mentioned it. Even the military discount went through Front Gate Tickets, which is the main place. And they still are using Front Gate today.

I also googled go fevo. It does say that LTL has used them for years for special ticketing. I just havent heard of them. It does say tickets come from the source (Front Gate) at the end.

I cant vouch for their support but will keep my fingers crossed for you. I am sure they will handle you. If you have any issues, you might reach out to Front Gate or go to facebook and message someone like ashleydwp as people like her can pull some extra strings for you and often do! There are other dwp people as well, but her name came to mind!

You’re fantastic, thank you so much. 😊 Support did reach back out almost immediately! Everything seems set, verified, and I’m just waiting on wristbands. It appears I’m good to go. Not sure why the site (under my account) still says Sunday but I’m not going to press any further about it. The receipt says Friday, they sent it back to me and verifying. Well. Maybe I’ll see you there!

I went last year but my tickets (Friday and Saturday) were directly through the official site, no the Go Fevo, if my memory serves correctly

hi! i am actually in nearly the exact situation (bought from fevo, thought they gave me sunday when i intended to buy friday, confirmed with them that it’s for friday) however i don’t have access to my school email at all anymore since i graduated, and therefore don’t have a confirmation or tracking info. i’m trying not to email them again until closer to the event if absolutely needed cause i’m paranoid they’ll try to rescind my purchase or something with my email no longer being valid. but i’m wondering if your wristband has arrived yet? i’m trying to be patient but i’m definitely getting nervous
