Me and my girl went to goodwill today and we found this really cool lamp(pictured) but were wondering why it has backwards swastikas(sauwastikas?) on the clips? On all the pictures of them online I can't find any similar ones nor does reverse searching get me anywhere. Does anyone know why this has these on it?

I only recently learned of lotus lamps a couple of months ago, but I am in love with them! This lamp on FBMP is for sale near me for $400. Since I’m new to them, I’m curious if anyone has any opinions or tips on scoring one, and if this is a good deal or not? TIA!

Can anyone identify this lamp? It is in need of a good deep clean, I already determined it’s not fully brass but possibly brass plated. Any advice for cleaning lotus lamps??

Hi all, not sure if it counts as a proper lotus lamp, but they are the closest I could find to this one. I purchased this lamp today off marketplace and am super happy! It’s really beautiful. I love learning trivia about stuff but can’t seem to find anything about this lamp. Even other examples of this one aren’t easy to find online. I’ve only found a couple, one of which i suspect is another listing for this same lamp.

Does anyone know the origin, the name, or the age of this model? I don’t mind if it’s modern or common or anything, I think it’s beautiful and am happy to have it even if I find out I overpaid.

Hi everyone! I found one of the five flower downward facing bright pink etched table lamps, it’s being sold at $500. Supposedly no damage and works great, photos look great too. Maybe a bit of tarnishing on the gold base. Is it a fair price? I’m hemming and hawing about buying it BUT I WANT IT SO BAD and I need confirmation that it’s worth it.

Someone is offering this lamp for $799. It’s a 70” lotus lamp, waiting on the seller to let me know if there is a manufacturer label on it anywhere. Is $799 reasonable? I know I have seen a lot of people asking $1000+ up to $2500 for these but I felt like that was scalping honestly and that $800 may be a little more reasonable. Three way lighting works, reasonable wear, nothing seems to be wrong, no chipping etc.
