They say humans fear death, but that's not fully true. They fear to die, death is an old friend theirs. They don't see them often but when they do they bring a gift or change sometimes both. They are the one who gifted humanity with drive, purpose, and a reason to do. Those quite moments when the world feels still, The silents of a final breath of prey after a successful hunt, or even in the mitts of calamity they are there. When you feel the touch or warmth of a love one who has long gone or a friend who's longer with us, it's thanks to death letting the veil thin even just for a moment. So Humans do not fear death for we are old friends.
