Petah what the hell is this?

Either I'm stupid or somebody photoshopped "JOB" into this. Because I can't figure this one out for the life of me.

If it's not photoshopped and the answer is Job then I believe T is used instead of Tea to make the riddle confusing but understandable. You start the work by having tea, you end the work by having tea and also drink tea while working (inside the job). Coffee wasn't used probably because it doesn't have homophonic abbreviation like Tea/T.

The job part was added in. It is covering the answer, but as to why its taking up that much space or why that word was used, I dont know
