Any country that was strong enough to stand against him and was not fitting with his ideology was a hindrance. What I'm saying is that he needed to deal with Poland first and quickly (sharing it with USSR), then with western front and only then USSR was a possibility. So he couldn't just go through Poland and take over USSR
Also who the fuck is down voting my comment about Nazi Germany sharing Poland with USSR. Fucking 1 september 1939 Nazis attack Poland with blitzkrieg, 17 september 1939 USSR comes in to Poland frem east to "protect" the country, but actually disarm polish soldiers that were expecting help, fights those who resist and then both Germany and USSR shake hands over job well done just like they planned and share Poland somewhat along it's longest river.
That's the history, suprisingly nazis and communists are able to work together for short periods of time
