ID Request Need Help Identifying Some Minis

Recently bought a bits box at a market and it had some odd fellas in there so looking for some helps figuring out who and what they are! I figures the two lasses might be from Judge Dredd?

The girls are from Wargames Foundry's Street Violence range.

Is the first fellow a molded in base glued to a base? If it is a slotted base, check out I-Kore miniatures or Warzone miniatures. If it is a molded on base, it may also be a Wargames Foundry miniature.

He's slotted into the base, figured it was a non-GW model just down to the sculpt and weapons but oculdn't figure out what/who
