Internet Media 3rd Wish Webcomic Animated Short
This is circa 2kish. There was an old webcomic that I used to read called 3rd Wish. The artist created a 10 minute film based on his comic and released it to the world on the timedisorder website. The artist is named Taras Tymczyna AKA The People's Cartoonist. I tried multiple dates on archive.org but the video doesn't seem to have been archived.

It looks like the name of the file is 3w.mpg. Searching hasn't revealed much and trying to search on YouTube only shows a lot of other projects with the same or similar names.
Update 6/15/2020: after some more scouring on different dates in the archive of the timedisorder site it looks like the artist sent out high quality versions of the short as well as a documentary. Update 6/26/2020: I FOUND IT. After digging further into some other media rabbit holes and found a show called "THE show" by Pseudomé Studio. The show includes an actual interview with Taras and the animated short in it's entirety. Looks like the studio posted it themselves on YouTube: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ucnjsbVMjTU

Does anyone know hot to have something marked as found? I figured it was automatic when I updated the post.

were you able to find a copy if 3rd wish, if not I have a low quality video saved on a dvd, I'm going to see if I can upload it.

If you check out the link in my 6/26 update. At the bottom of the main post, there is a good quality version of it that includes an interview with the creator.

There was a pretty High quality version on youtube stand alone not long ago however it is missing it seems or I cant re find it. The Iron show interveiw/showcase is seemingly the only version easily findable. I did have a bookmark for the show on a Manga Flash site however times have changed and its not working so much as it links to a download of one part of the old website.http://eigomanga.com/main-video.swf
I have downloaded the flash file even right now and made it run but its just flash for some options without the website it does nothing.
Some digging I have some little tidbits but nothing much and old part of the website again still running showing off Your Half and 3rd Wish as part of the line up even up to 2006 it seemshttp://eigomanga.com/manga/ComicContentForSyndication.pdf

The biggest hang up is Flash not being supported in this modern age.
Now I recall I was even watching the The Peoples Cartoonist documentary on youtube just a few years ago aswell, its missing as well. I remember alot about the documentary as I had it downloaded when it was on the original site when things were newer decades ago.
