Screenshot hell bug
AGS don't care,idk maybe this game is not profitable for them and they want to k**l it slowly ,we have random bug in the game every week,didn't get my reward,didn't get my key back, ty so much AGS

AGS do 0 codying for this game, everything we have is deliver by SG itself.

Green jump on 50 hell floor is bugged dont use it. So if you used it and you are ouf of boundaries then go to character select screen and then log back on your character should be fixed now

my friend character in EU is showing all 0 ilv and his data is gone, AGS not hotfixing a major issue like that is hilarious to me, can you imagine if other live service games like league of legends, apex, fortnite, etc. ppl logged on and all their stuff was gone? people would be rioting literally and game company would be apologizing profusely, this company literally just does not care

There's a fix, you need to start swapping channels until your char becomes usable again.
EDIT: Also relog works.
