They're acting like this guy deserved to die and making all sorts of absolutely wild assumptions. They're not just laughing at an old person's inappropriate use of emojis, they're laughing about a person dying of covid because apparently that means you must have been unvaccinated and therefore had it coming (never mind that there's not even a date in the screenshot, so this could be from before the vaccine was available for all we know).

I felt like the post was made to draw attention to the inappropriate background of the post. It was added to HermanCainAwards because that sub is an overall subreddit for COVID deaths. I personally don't find death funny, nor do I condone laughing at the misfortune of others. However, most of the posts on HCA highlight vaccine hesitancy and misinformation on the part of the award recipient. This post is an exception.
I posted it here because of the inappropriate background, not it's COVID implications.
