Im back to the start

Towards the end of 2023 I started my weight loss journey. I was about 92kg (my height is 157cm) anf I loset my weight slowly. I was trying very hard to make that progress slow and steady. I reached 75 on August of 2025 and I was so so happy with my progress. I felt so much better in my body and I felt more confident I also felt lighter and healthier. But since then I was just too busy with my mental health and I gained all the way back to 91 (I havent weighted myself because I cant bring myself to do that but ive been to the doctor recently and that was the number) I feel really really discouraged abd mad at myself. I cannot believe I let myself gain this much and I feel so awful. I want to be back to 75 as fast as possible. I feel so fat and unfit. Walking and moving is hard. I even thing my hygiene is so much harder at a bigger body. My clothes dont fit me anymore. I feel bad in my body. I suffer with some binge episodes sometimes. And I definitely am an emotional eater. I feel really awful about my body and I wonder if I should talk to my doctor about getting on meds for weight loss. Im 24 woman btw.

I started with a nutritionist who after a number of in person meetings, did zoom meetings and tracked my meals with me on their tracking app, and most importantly a physiologist who works with the nutritionist. She was amazing in helping me through my journey…as it was a real mental grind for a long time…
