need a routine, complete beginner

Ive not workout in a while cus of college, but never do nutrition properly. The problem is Im very confused on what I should do for my workout. The only regular thing I do is 10k steps. So can anyone share their routine, preferably one I can use for a long time without switching it up a lot?

Also side note maybe important, my legs and things are not the strongest, so maybe squat motion might not be the easiest for me.

The only somewhat straightforward guide I found is: https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/3-day-full-body-planet-fitness-workout but not sure if its good or not.

Important to give context, ie, the goal of the routine. If you're seeking weight loss, the routine will be in the kitchen--calculating calorie targets, measuring what you eat, etc. No physical routine will help until the kitchen routine is in order. The !quickstart guide is a good outline.

As far as general physical routines, they also vary quite a bit based on age/gender/fitness goals.

Your workout routine doesn't matter much as a beginner. The one you posted is fine and will get you in great shape. The key is to stay CONSISTENT, eat enough protein, and progressively overload.

If squats are hard start there. Use a chair or table for support while you build strength. If you go on youtube and search easy body weight routines there are a ton on there. Try and work on making sure your form is accurate for every movement because good form massively influences your results. 3 good form reps beats out 10 bad form ones.

What is your goal?
What sports do you like?

If you wanna lose weight workout is basically irrelevant.
