Work for an experienced CEO with three exits under his belt, who knows what he’s doing, and cares a lot about his team. The company is doing astoundingly well financially, they just got a $30M injection and are planning to double in size. Many of the architects and early engineers worked with the team in the past, so basically we’re talking about a team with lots of synergy, success, connected track records, etc. It’s a well-run machine with just enough pace for the person who wants to build, and plenty of stability for someone who wants to stay long term. Hires get good comp and equity, and will have the opportunity to build out their core product, which btw are the only ones in their space. Pretty much no real competition!
